Presenting the traditional "freshman essay" from the perspective of our new team members after their first season.
As freshman on the build team, when we joined FIRST Robotics we had no idea what to expect. Little did we know how much it would change our lives and what a positive experience it would be. Being productive members of the team has helped us grow as people and as students. From robotics we learned the importance of time management, how to work well with others, and how to take pride in our accomplishments.

Team Nemesis makes TV appearance

Team Nemesis recently made its TV debut, appearing in a segment on WZBN News which aired on April 17. The segment is called “In the Schoolhouse” and features a demonstration of the robot as well as interviews with team members, Team Advisor and technology teacher Joy Wolfe, and a few words from Superintendent Steven Mayer.
Where are they now: Matt Banziger
Matt Banziger '10, a Mechanical Engineering major at Purdue University, is applying his FIRST experience with problem solving and the design process to his sophomore design class.
