Hello, my name is Mariko McMurtry. I'm currently a senior and this is my fourth year on Nemesis. I decided to join after hearing about the robotics team from multiple upperclassmen. I’ve always had an interest in math and science, especially engineering, so I thought that robotics would be a great opportunity to learn more about the field. Over the past three years as a part of the build team, I have developed skills and knowledge in design, electronics, and Computer Aided Design (CAD). Now, I am the head of electronics. Not only have I learned about the mechanical side of robotics, but I have also developed skills in documentation and presenting. Outside of robotics and my classes, I also play the piano.
