Hello! My name is Zachary Harris and I am very excited to serve as this year's Marketing Director for the Nemesis 2590! I joined Nemesis during my sophomore year, following a brief swimming career as a freshman. Since then, I have learned a tremendous amount, bettering myself as a leader, time-manager, communicator, entrepreneur, and person. Nemesis has been a very large part of my life, providing for me a place to make friends and memories, all while pursuing the FIRST message of fostering my intellectual skills. I am looking forward to this year where I can hopefully provide the same fostering environment that I have been lucky enough to receive.

So, a little about me outside of robotics. While I am not navigating the dangerous terrain that are college applications, I serve as the Treasurer for our school's Model UN team, I would highly recommend checking us out (rvillemun.org)! I also serve as the Director of Media for the Music Honors Society and the Social Director for the Future Business Leaders of America. I participate in World Language Honors Society, National Honors Society, and the Jazz Band. Outside of school, I volunteer for the NJ Family Courts, serving as a judge in a diversionary program (called the Juvenile Conference Committee) for nonviolent offenders. I am the president of my youth group chapter (United Synagogue Youth)  and I participate in a Jewish philanthropy program (Jewish Community Youth Foundation) as well as a Jewish youth leadership project (Gesher LeKesher). I also take piano lessons and lifeguard during the summer. My hobbies include playing with my dogs, cooking, sketching, and hiking. 

I am confident that this will be a great year and I am so very ecstatic to see where this year takes us!
