Hello, my name is Austin Mayweather, and I am very excited for the build season. Both of my older sisters were on team 2590 and after being on the team last year, I was very eager to rejoin FIRST as a senior. After learning about this year’s game, I am fully prepared to devote my time to securing sponsors and working with the financials for the team. I have an interest in engineering and business and look forward to conversing with sponsors and earning the team thousands of dollars in the future.

My interests include playing the piano and participating in yearly recitals. I love playing sports with my friends, and I run cross country and track for the high school. Every year I enjoy visiting my grandparents in Georgia, and my family often goes to the Georgia Aquarium and the Coca-Cola Factory. Being a part of the finance team has been very rigorous yet rewarding so far. Every day I work hard to keep the team's finances in check and manage income and expenses. I cannot wait to attend upcoming competitions with my friends and look forward to working the pits during the 2015 competition season.
