I’ve had so many memories because of FIRST, but what I took the most out FIRST is that with only a few kids with one goal in mind could make anything happen. FIRST really taught me how to be successful, you really have to be able to work with everyone around you especially in groups. Even though you might think you’re only responsible for your part there are instances where you might have to pick up the slack of one of your teammates or they in turn may have to help you, but knowing that you are a team and that if one person fails the whole groups fails as well.
Also, I feel that through FIRST it taught me how to act when the pressure was on. We had to focus even harder and become more determined, helping each other in way we would never imagine.
